3. Client Responsibilities
 By working with us, you agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information
Respond to project communications and approvals
Make payments on time based on agreed terms Engage professionally and respectfully
 

4. Payments and Refunds
 All payments are final. Services will only be rendered after full payment or according to the installment plan agreed upon.

No refunds will be issued once services have started or assets have been delivered. Missed payments may result in paused or terminated services.

5. Intellectual Property
 All content, systems, designs, materials, and strategies provided or created by BAEzness remain the intellectual property of Blooming Biz and Mind LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not copy, resell, or distribute materials without explicit permission.

6. Confidentiality
 We agree to protect your confidential business information, and you agree to do the same for ours. This includes all non-public strategies, templates, and proprietary systems.

7. Results Disclaimer
 We do not guarantee financial success or specific results. Outcomes vary based on your business, effort, and industry conditions. Client testimonials reflect individual experiences.

8. Termination Policy
 We reserve the right to terminate any client relationship in the event of a breach of these Terms, hostile conduct, or failure to meet payment obligations. Unused portions of services may be forfeited upon termination.

9. Limitation of Liability
 

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses that arise from using our Services. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.

 We may modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to use our Services, you accept any changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
